I started my hairdressing career where I grew up in West Dunbartonshire and attended college in Glasgow before moving home, city and job. Securing a position for over 10 years as a senior hairstylist in Stirling. I became self employed in February and freelanced around the Stirling area and also Scotland attending to many brides and their guests at their chosen venue. Driving hundreds of miles per week, carrying my kit around, and spending too much of my life and time in the car became unmotivating and lonely for me, and the piles of banana skins I had to clear out of my door pocket…well… too many to mention! I was also unsettled in my personal life at this time and was supported unconditionally by my friends and the wonderful people in my life, which included my clients. It is my considered opinion that the hairdresser is the most influential person in any community.

My rather reserved son enjoys going to Spencer for his hair. He comes away happy with his cut and always shares how he was listened to with what he wanted. Spencer is our go-to barber Highly recommend! So happy with my zero fade from Spence, he is a legend, I'm never disappointed, great vibe in the salon, great chat, always a laugh, highly recommend. Our most frequently requested program on business and technical writing is a two-day workshop or webinar consisting of two 4-hour sessions of instruction, plus a minute coaching session with each participant. The second 4-hour session is devoted to instruction and exercises on drafting and editing and to composing longer documents and special types of business correspondence. Participants' writing samples are used to illustrate the approach. After each workshop, the instructor schedules a minute coaching session with each participant to discuss samples of their writing submitted prior to the workshop and to offer personalized suggestions for improvement. Emphasis throughout the workshop is on learning-by-doing.
