What I liked Opportunity to travel and grow social network, as well as, help understand success and leadership ideals. One finds an excuse. What I liked Great leadership, lots of support, opportunity to talk to lots of people every day. Advice Go into the job with an open mind. We worked long hours from 8 am to 9 pm 6 days a week. SWA gives you so many mentors who have been in your shoes and are qualified to train you, so being coachable and trusting their advice when in it comes to the job will be in your best interest. What I wish was different I do not wish anything would have been different. What I wish was different. The only thing that fails in this program is you because of your stubbornness; systems don't fail; people do. What I liked I grew in more aspects of myself then I could ever imagine. Furthermore, if this is not the fit for you, to take the advice and values taught in the info meeting and evaluate how to grow as a person in life. It will be one fo the toughest things you ever do, but will be so rewarding in the end. What I liked This is not a job for normal people. Nowadays, the job market is so competitive, and most people have the same jobs, gpas, and internships on them. What I wish was different. But if you do decide to do it anyway, make sure you are fully committed, because it is extremely difficult.
