There was a 20 minute wait for ice water, which is just ridiculous and waitress Briana did not leave straws. We address this issue with the manager Warren G. Who did nothing but raise his voice and sarcastically proceeded to announce that this was an issue we cause ourselves. The order were wrong and had to be remade. The waitress Briana did not leave napkins. The manager Warren G. Told us that there was no one above him that we could reach out to in regards to the terrible service provided and did not offer anything to accommodate us.
