Labyrinths in Tears of the Kingdom have three different parts that must be completed in the following order: Surface, Sky, Depths. Completing all three will reward you with a special piece of armor. The simplest solution is to start at the entrance in the north and follow a path of acorns that a Zonai Research team NPC has left leading to the end.

Successful completion of this shrine quest reveals the hidden Dila Maag Shrine in the Gerudo Wasteland region. There are several paths you can take to reach the South Lomei Labyrinth. You can also take the path along the high mountains down Southeast from the Wasteland Tower and Spectacle Rock to paraglide down to the labyrinth, but be aware that Bokoblin snipers patrol the high walls. Instead make your immediate right which will take you along the outside wall of the labyrinth. Make a left and you should still be outside the main labyrinth. Continue walking until you reach an opening on the left side of the inside labyrinth wall. Go up the steps and make a left.
Drop down a few levels and the Motsusis Shrine will be on the left. The best way to find them is to track chests with the upgraded Purah Padwhich will lead you toward each one, south lomei labyrinth. The Ascend ability, a rocket south lomei labyrinth to your shield, or a fire with a pine cone thrown into it will allow you to quickly get on top of the labyrinth walls, and from there you can explore the area more safely and quickly.
How to get through the maze and find the Motsusis and Siyamotsus Shrines. The South Lomei Labyrinth must be completed in that order, with each new phase opening up once the last is completed. The South Lomei Labyrinth follows the same rules as its northern counterpart; the first maze is navigating around gloom to get to the shrine in the center. The South Lomei Sky Labyrinth opens up after that, and is where the second shrine is, after which you head into the glider maze. The entrance to the South Lomei Labyrinth is located within the Gerundo Highlands at the coordinates , , The Motsusis Shrine is located at the center of the maze — finding it is the puzzle itself. Follow the trail of acorns to the center and to the Motsusis Shrine.

The shrine quest The Desert Labyrinth is received upon entering the Labyrinth and is completed by reaching the Dila Maag Shrine at the center of the maze. The maze is not nearly as complicates as some of the other Labyrinths in Hyrule. Link can easily navigate the maze following the path below. Note: Dark blue indicates pools of Malice goo. The shrine itself is a blessing shrine with just a single treasure chest that contains the Barbarian Armor.

Please check your email to find a confirmation email, and follow the steps to confirm your humanity. This will open a path to the South Lomei Depths Labyrinth. It's possible to climb around, or you can take a safer route by climbing up to the left in front of the blight, and take entering the inner maze. From the sky maze terminal, players can dive directly off the adjacent platform into the depths below. The South Lomei Sky Labyrinth opens up after that, and is where the second shrine is, after which you head into the glider maze. Make the left at the end of the hallway and you should see some more essence in front of you. Heading downwards from here will complete the surface section of the South Lomei Labyrinth. Both lead down to the boss arena below. The depths armor set and meals made with Sundelion will be useful here. There are also treasure chests hiding near the surface on both the east and west outside faces of the structure. Unfortunately, it's covered by a grate. For this, you can use various vehicles and devices, though we suggest the Rakashog Shrine in the Gerudo Sky Archipelago as a jump-off point. Use that to launch over to the sigil. Leave feedback.
