I have a smith and wesson model with a 4 inch barrel. The serial number is 2k and is nickel plated. I would like to when it was manufactured and how many were produced. It is in 95 to 98 percent condition. No box or papers. How much would it be worth also.

SN dates it to SN's ran from K to K that year. SN's ran from 9K to 9K that year.
