I have tried removing the card and reinserted it. I have wiped the card with a lint cloth. I have updated the software on my Sky Q box and I have reset the box. Thanks for the reply. I'd seen about this on another thread but im unable to do it as it states there's no viewing card inserted and doesn't offer any options.
