The Skechers GOrun Ride 10 is a lightweight and responsive daily trainer that promises to inject a lot of fun and performance into your runs. Like the midsole, the Ride 10's Goodyear Performance outsole remains untouched in version 10, promising to once again deliver reliable traction on road surfaces along with quality durability that can compete with the best. What is new in version 10 is the shoe's Arch Fit insole system and podiatrist-designed shape, which work together to deliver improved foot and arch support in a more comfortable overall package. Even better, the engineered mesh material feels light and breathable, keeping the Ride 10's weight to a minimum while providing comfort that can go the distance in warmer running conditions. From the outsole to the upper, the Skechers GOrun Ride 10 performed very well, delighting our testers out on the roads. The Ride 10 is not as responsive as an uptempo trainer, but it certainly is not too far behind, and compared to other models in its category, it is a class above. The Goodyear Performance outsole wasn't anything flashy, but it did its job run after run, providing sufficient traction on various road surfaces and offering the durability expected from a daily trainer.

The shoe feels like it wants to transition quickly off of the midfoot into the forefoot which does seem to fall in line with the M strike philosophy from Skechers. The shoe performs well during a variety of paces but is best suited for easy and longer days.
