Sidebar leesburg

I went to have dinner with a friend and experienced few bumps. First off when we ordered appetizer and drink, our waiter asked what was French I thought it was an odd question in a place called Sidebar. It took a while for the I asked our waiter to take it away and to please bring back new plates and not reheated ones. He said it was not his fault, that the restaurant was busy but took the food away as we requested. We were enjoying a nice board of cheese and asked for more bread. The bread came only after we got our main courses. At the end, when we received the check, we didn't have the option to pick the gratuity amount. I really hope they address the service, both at the reception booth and waiter level.
