I would look closely at the Extractor grooves in the Barrel, if it is full of powder the extractor can't reach behind the fired case to remove it therefore the next cartridge doesn't know the fired case is still in the chamber. Use a paperclip or toothpick to clean. The Rifle was completely taken apart and cleaned prior to shooting so the grooves as I mentioned before is not my problem, most likely worn parts. I will get back with you on this. OK got it figured out. Thank you for all the information, I'll get on that. If it fixed yours hopefully it should take care of my problems. It'll be nice to have it back in working order.
