While we understand the staff was probably overwhelmed with having to instantly relocated number of residents, we wish that our loved one had had more maintenance support to get him established in another room and make things accessible. Some of my loved ones items were damaged with the flooding and so we're waiting to see if Seagrass is offering any discount on the monthly charges due to the inconveniences.
