Completely dissatisfied because they fixed my problem but they damaged my rear passenger side window according to the woman who handled my claim they had to remove the door cover to see what had been damaged they should never have done that without my consent I am very annoying and they left the tape very marked on my window I would not call their workers who are professional people or mechanics because they are not and I am going to go to whoever I have to go to solve that problem that you caused.

Requested a state inspection at time of check-in since my car was with you anyway, and was told no problem. After body repairs were done, I was told there is a wait for the inspection and I would have to schedule it. Everyone was awesome. My elderly mother had some body work done. Everyone was extremely helpful keeping me in the loop of what was happening so I could help my mom. I am very grateful they were understanding and I felt like they had my best interests in mind. The entire group I dealt with were very professional. Top Notch. The office manager lady sorry I forget her name was very friendly and helpful. Everyone I dealt with in the process were very nice. There were a few things missed but the team releasing my vehicle.
