I buy from Sally's everytime, but drive all the way to the 40th location to do business. The union gap location if full of rude, unknowledgeable workers. The sales people are always ready to help me. Great sales staff. Very fast and helpful. They respond with very short answers about the item I ask for and it makes me feel uncomfortable to ask questions. The lines usually consist of 3 to four costumers with one cashier. There's usually 3 co workers. Only one is at the register. The other two of them don't do their duties and simply walk by the customers in line and always seem to ignore all of us. Please pay attention to this problem. I love Sally's but now I think twice and wonder if I should go to shop and be treated like that. Advertise with Us.
