Well, I called and talked to SPC and was told that, yes, they sometimes do take a bit of time to get the job done, but they are careful about doing a good job. My problem was that I needed the work done soon, so took a chance and had them do it after also talking with a competitor, who did promise me a quick job, but had no on line reviews at all. I am pleased to report that SPC did a marvelous job and got it done before the deadline I needed to have it. So I can say with confidence that these guys are solid! And their price was better than what their competitor quoted us considerably lower.
