Rustified is a minecraft plugin that adds mechanics from the game of Rust, rustified.

Our update preview stream goes live at 1pm EST. Follow Rustafied for news throughout the week. As is pretty common after a monthly update, some hotfixes were required in the days which followed. There was a serious performance issue directly after wipe which was thankfully quickly resolved by the developers. In addition, a hotfix was released over the weekend which resolved a number of miscellaneous issues.

Providing a soft glow around your immediate area, this subtle moon lighting allows you to make out some of the things around you in the middle of the night. It only goes a couple feet, so it should not be able to be exploited by gamma hacks or anything like that. New players to the game will now be prompted with the option to play a tutorial when joining official servers. There they meet a mysterious stranger who prompts them to do various things around the island ala the mission system in the game. Through these missions players will learn the ropes of gathering, crafting, building, hunting, and the like. Vendors around the map along with player created vending machines have a fresh UI on the in game map as of this update. With a cleaner layout, this fresh UI makes it easier to see what is available, and it handles clusters of vendors together in a much cleaner fashion. The in game item shop in the escape menu also received a visual overhaul this month. There have been a number of miscellaneous fixes this month.

After months in the rustified, the new Tutorial Island functionality is slated for launch on official servers next week. New players to the game will now be prompted with the option to play a tutorial when joining official rustified.

This site exists as a resource for people to stay up to date and learn about the development of Rust. US servers wipe at 3pm EST on wipe days except on forced wipes. EU servers wipe at 3pm BST on wipe days except on forced wipes. VIP's skip the queue and support Rustafied. VIP access allows you to skip the queue and join the server immediately, even if it's full. Proceeds go to Rustafied's expenses and continued growth. VIP in no way shifts the vanilla state of gameplay on our servers.
