Stoutland can find a hidden Net Ball on the south part of the beach. You can ride Lapras in the water. In the water, you can battle Swimmer Dakota. He has a level 19 Surskit and a level 19 Dewpider. If you go north in the water, then to the beach to the left, go down to the south part of this beach to find a hidden Pearl on the rock. If you go northwest along the path, you can find rustling sand. Go back down the ramp. In the nearby water, you can battle Swimmer Tiare. She has a level 19 Alomomola. In the eastern part of this bay, you will see an Antidote underwater.

Run back down, and jump back into the water.

Walk forward and there will be 3 paths to choose from. To the right is a beach that you can explore for items and fight some trainers. Head down the slope after the Route 8 sign to the right. Jump on Lapras and fight the trainer swimming in the water. Keep heading south. Take the rocky slope and follow it to pick up a Max Repel.

The Police Station on this route is entirely overrun by Alolan Meowth. It is worthwhile to check it out though-there's a Zygarde Core in the back! Go east out of the Police Station, through the tall grass and up the mountain path on the far right.
