Didn't see a single rock crystal ore, but I saw lots of stuff like platinum and uranium ore. I think I'm done with this pack.

Rock crystal sevtech

One of the first major roadblocks that many people run into in Age 1 progression is finding ore. In SevTech: Ages, ore is controlled by a mod called Geolosys, and is not randomly distributed throughout the world like in vanilla Minecraft. Instead, the ore is aggregated into large veins of ore, where hundreds of ore may be located. There are a couple of steps to finding the ore:. First, make a dowsing rod. The type of dowsing rod changes with the age, as they get increasingly more powerful and able to find higher-tier ore. Each dowsing rod can only find ore from the age they are from, and any previous age. Each dowsing rod can detect ore within a straight, block line from the side, top, or bottom of the block where they are right-clicked. The types of dowsing rods, in order of ages, are:. Remember all of those "rocks" that you've seen on the surface of the ground? Most of those are just that - rocks. However, some of them are actually ore samples in disguise, and each Age makes more and more of them visible. In order to find ore veins underground, you need to find the matching ore sample above-ground.

The Attunement Altar is a block added by Astral Sorcery. It is used to attune Rock Crystals , Celestial Crystals , and when attuning to a bright constellation players for further crafting, rituals, or perks. After completing the structure described in the following section Construction , Spectral Relays must be placed on the Sooty Marble to attune the Altar to a specific constellation. The placement of these Relays can be displayed when the constellation is in the sky and the player is holding its Constellation Paper in either hand; the blocks to place the Relays on will emit dark blue particles. When all the Relays are in place beams of light will connect them and lift the small ornaments around the Altar up. It is accompanied by a constant humming sound effect. When set to a bright constellation unattuned players may step onto the Altar to receive that constellation's perks; attuned players must use a Shifting Star to remove their attunement to their preexisting constellation before being able to become attuned to another constellation. It might be possible to filter the starlight of a specific constellation and amplify it Or perhaps just collect enough to amplify its strength A structure designed for attunement would need to deviate from traditional starlight structures such as the crafting altar.

But when I placed the items into the dang altar, I couldn't craft it. Sorry, something went wrong.
