Has anyone tried any of the rheal products? I definitely feel less bloated, and people have been commenting on good my skin looks. I add a bit of lemon juice to it and knock it back, as it's not the nicest tasting. Helped your immune system? C I take a vitamin D supplement during the winter as well and have had no adverse reaction. I definitely have noticed that the 2 o'clock slump I usually have is much better.
