There is no air conditioning in any of the rooms making the stay very, very uncomfortable. Many things that are considered all inclusive in other hotels are not inclusive here. You are only given one room key and have to pay if you want more than one, making it awkward for families. You could only get a maximum of two items two drinks, or two snacks or one drink and one snack, meaning you had to go back and forth several times if you are a large family. There was not many activities and the kids disco only last for 45 minutes, it's followed by a pointless quiz then a movie, so the kids always complained about being bored, we had to keep leaving the hotel to find things to do.
