As a virus slowly wipes out mankind in real life, I figure now seems apt to cover a series of movies about a virus that wipes out mankind. The absolutely gorgeous Milla Jovovich stars as Alice, our protagonist in all 6 live action films. After watching it again I stand by that opinion as this is a movie where you will essentially feel nothing. A zombie movie needs buckets of gore and although this has its moments there is a distinct lack of dripping intestines and goo which I feel is necessary for the zombie genre. I think my favourite moment has to be the laser wall sequence as several team members are effectively and creatively disposed of. Her eyes radiate an innocence and kindness and when she sees someone in peril she will never leave them to die.
