As you explore and attempt to escape the Bedroom, you'll find a few Dead Rats littered around. There are just three in total, but are surprisingly easy to miss, with one requiring a specific step before it'll reveal itself to you. Discovering a Dead Rat is a simple case of investigating it, and you have to find them all in a single playthrough for the Achievement of Trophy to pop, and will do so as soon as you look at the third and final Dead Rat. The first Dead Rat location can be found straight away. It's in the corner of the room between Untitled Painting B and the bedside clock that, when you solve its puzzle, moves the bed away. The second Dead Rat location can be found after Marguerite gives you more food - Fork, Stove and a pot of stew. While lying on the bed, pick up the Fork and use it on the stew to taste it.
