She was super helpful in getting me clothes and gear I need for my first 14er I stopped by REI yesterday to get a bike thing taken care of at their bike shop. They did a terrific job. My bike is like new now. Maddy and Cam helped me out. Their customer service was amazing I have lived in the state a long time, nearly my whole life and have never been to REI until today. Last year i did a couple of online orders with them because my daughter took up climbing and I dislike writing bad reviews, but I was left with no choice today. REI used to be an awesome store about 8 or 10 years ago. The Ft Collins store now, is absolute garbage, they pretty much carry clothes and backpacks, and some if their own brand of mtn bikes
