Kristie, educate yourself before hiring anyone. Contractors are not professional tile setters. Hire an expert tile setter and ask all the questions before they start. I can think of no good reason to switch from RedGard to Kerdi to do your niche, redgard failure. Is this going in a shower or bath? United Kingdom.
