Effective at the opening on Friday, August 18,the Shares of the Company will commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange on a Consolidation basis.

As of the date of this news release, the Company has 69,, Common Shares issued and outstanding. Following completion of the Consolidation, the Company is expected to have approximately 34,, Common Shares issued and outsta nding. No fractional Common Shares shall be issued in connection with the Consolidation. Where the Consolidation would otherwise result in a shareholder of the Company being entitled to a fractional Common Share, the number of post-Consolidation Common Shares issued to such shareholder shall be rounded up to the next greater whole number of Commons Shares if the fractional entitlement is equal to or greater than 0. In calculating such fractional interests, all Common Shares held by a beneficial holder shall be aggregated.
