The unit is direct fit for our cars and upgrading from my RCD was very much plug and play. An antenna adapter and rear camera adapter are required but were included from the dealer I used. I can't speak to the camera but the radio works fine. The unit has Bluetooth and a mic built in and bypasses the unit under the seat if your car is equipped. My car is a base without steering wheel controls so I can't speak to that.
