Damsels in Distress Visual Productions Damsels in Distress Visual Productions was founded in and produces melodramatic-themed photographic and video materials, using more traditional themes, like the Perils of Pauline , as well as 'realistic' scenarios, although we do branch out with some fantasy and adult work. In addition to collaborating with other producers, such as Studio , we have our own indoor set, and use a variety of natural, outdoor locations, based primarily in the New England area. He attempts to be innovative in his approach and offers a different take on the classic quicksand scene. He seeks to challenge the genre through usage of outdoor locations along the Pacific Coast of North America to an indoor studio set coupled with emotionally, psychologically, or sexually-charged situations.
