Our village Co-Op store has just had a brand new Inpost Locker installed in its carpark but when I tried to use it for Evri parcels the error message comes up 'Parcel not recognized' I rang the helpdesk number on the screen and they said that evri parcels had to go to a shop 10 miles away!

It says I need to download the QR code, I don't need to print it off, but I don't want to send a label-less parcel with no information. Tried the website, but I'm none the wiser.
