One of my absolute favorite things to do in Hawaii is to soak up the majestic ocean views. During my most recent travel vacation to Oahu, Hawaii, I stayed at Prince Waikiki and enjoyed this stunning oceanfront view pictured below straight from my hotel room! Prince Waikiki is a modern luxury hotel located in the Waikiki Marina district. From the airport, it only takes about 20 minutes to drive to Prince Waikiki. Everyone can soak up the views because Prince Waikiki offers oceanfront views for ALL of its rooms and suites. Unlike other hotels that ask you to shell out a lot more cash to catch a corner glimpse of the ocean, Prince Waikiki ensures all its guests enjoy the lovely sea and harbor! When I arrived at the hotel, I was excited to see that Prince Waikiki was literally next to the harbor!

After a few days of staying in the central hub of Waikiki, we switched hotels and moved closer to the Ala Wai harbor, which is still only a minute drive from the Waikiki area. Our next destination was Prince Waikiki, an upscale high-rise resort. We stayed there for 4 nights, and it was amazing. I have stayed in this area before, and while I love the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, I like how this area is quieter and less crowded. As we pulled up to Prince Waikiki , you are immediately greeted and assisted by their bellhops. They were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was just as expected, luxurious, swanky, and sophisticated. At check-in, the employees provide an enhanced arrival experience while maintaining physical distancing. A complimentary welcome amenity is given to you, including a hand sanitizer and single-use disposable masks. Physical barriers have been implemented at the front desk and concierge. They also provide an in-room express check out service to provide an expedited and contactless departure experience. They will ask you for it at check-in. To ensure a seamless check-in, make sure you print out your negative test results, as well as have your online uploads ready.

Besides the sunset, the buffet spread was another beautiful sight to see.

Upgraded Club Rooms feature better amenities and poolside lounge access. Unfortunately, it's a minute walk to the beach from here, though there are still fabulous water views from two pools including an infinity pool. Travelers willing to sacrifice the fresh look for something more traditional in order to score direct beach access should consider the Moana Surfrider instead. Rates there are often similar.
