By spikes July 14, in General Support. Edit: I solved it by turning on UPnP I am running the plex docker and watched several videos how to set it up to make sure im not missing anything. I forwarded port TCP in my ubiquity router. I have tried deleting the server and re-adding it back, i have installed different dockers, i have tried turning off Internet threat management, anything i missed? I at one time had the same issue. Found multiple instances on other forums that stated it was a bug.
Server Version : 1. My plex server which has worked in the past with remote access working with no issues. Remote access now decides to connect for about seconds and then it disconnects, i have a port forwarding rule on my router which allows any source IP to reach my public IP on port which is what both the public and private are set to Has anyone got any suggestions to fix this issue, i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still no luck. I have tried alternative ports but still no luck?? Having same problem with my first setup with remote access. I checked my port forwarding with icansee. I am lost.

It repeatedly and randomly loses remote access. Sometimes I can disable then re-enable and remote access will work.
