The Pleasant family has grown bigger in the years following The Sims. They appear to portray the stereotypical "perfect" upper-middle-class family, as they are Pleasantview's second richest family at the game's start, and seemingly try to behave as if they had no problems. However it is clear, given their relationships with each other, that the family is dysfunctional, pleasant sims. Daniel Pleasant is having an affair with their maid pleasant sims, but the player can decide what happens with that.

I made a Genderbent Sims 4 Save File! All Sims from the base game have their genders reversed to the opposite gender. The results were hilarious!
