Well, those days are long gone and there is no path for the customer in this cold, online ordering world to actually get any customer service whatsoever. We ordered last week and there was an item that we paid for missing when it was delivered. To report the problem I called the only number available which is the main ordering line that only goes to a call center and I was assured a supervisor would call me back. They didn't. I called again and had to explain it all over again and once again, they said that a supervisor would call me back. Well they did not.
