The western core, fronting onto the Welsh Millennium Centre, expresses colour through window openings, and at night, these colours are reflected out onto the street to attract visitors. Pay and display street parking in this area is free for the first hour but make sure you put a ticket on your car or the wardens will not know when you arrived and will assume you are parked illegally.
