They want me to give them my email address for a membership, but each time I tried to use their card, they had to issue me a new one because the system could not locate it and had to issue me a new card. Gave up on their crappy "membership" years ago. Went for kitty litter today and had to pay extra because I don't trust them with personal information anymore. Walked in yesterday to have my dog's nails done and since they were overbooked, we were offered an appointment today. They weren't satisfied with the paperwork I showed for my dog's rabies vaccine so they said no problem, they will just contact the vet. All fine, I just asked if there was any problem to call me before the appointment so we don't have to make the trip. This morning, got no call, but just to make sure esp. Since the weather and roads were horrible, I called before going there and was told, yeah his appointment is all good to go, we can even accomodate him earlier. As I was driving there, I got a call from them saying, yeah, we just called the vet, no answer so you know we can reschedule for later or another day.
