She was kind and sensitive to my dogs The staff was super nice and helpful. So I took my baby in for a full cut I let them know this was her first time getting groomed she's a toy poodle and this is the cut they gave her my friends Very unprofessional. Told me that I didn't need an appointment to get my dog's nails trimmed. Then I took off work early to get my dog there at least 20 min before they closed, and the door was Not only a place to purchase all your pet needs but a wonderful place to have your pet groomed. Courtney, a salesperson, was a great help in answering our questions about crates for our new puppy The vet in the store did not give my dog the medicine she needed.

King may be timid at first but is extremely sweet and warms up to people quickly. He was perfect for all intake procedures. He loaded in the bathing station and he was a good boy for his bath. He's a happy boy and loves treats. He takes them gently and he gives sweet kisses.

Great customer service, had a lot of help on deciding what size and type of fish tank to go with. I enjoyed pet smart with my kids. I talked to a staff member there who was very helpful and polite. The store is very lovely for animals.
