Many shows have come and gone since the turn of the 21st century and several of them have instilled in audiences' hearts more than most others - one such show was the hit NBC comedy Parks and Recreation. The world has dearly missed Leslie Knope and the rest of the Pawnee Parks and Recreation department since the show concluded back in , with audiences continuing to stream it religiously to this day. By the end of season four, fans had fallen in love with the quirky characters and the small town they lived in, and season five continued to deliver the merriment. One of Leslie's best traits was that she never shied away from any task - no matter how small or how large. In this episode, Leslie comes to the conclusion that there aren't enough women in government, with the worst department being sanitation in terms of gender discrimination. So, Leslie puts her money where her mouth is and she and April spend the day working as garbage collectors to prove that women can do the job just as well as men. The jerks at sanitation try to set Leslie up by giving her and April a herculean task that the men couldn't complete either, forcing Leslie to outsmart them and figure out a way around the problem. While Leslie might have been a stand-up community servant, she certainly made her fair share of mistakes and this might have been one of the biggest. When Pawnee's local video store is set to be shut down, Leslie interferes and gives the store a loan in order to give them "a better image. The loan, however, is with government money and Ron makes several complaints that Leslie is using the government to bail out a failing business. Things only get worse when the business becomes an X-rated video store, meaning that Leslie has made the Pawnee government "porn investors. When most people retire, it's seen as quite an accomplishment and it's normal to make a big deal out of it - the Parks and Recreation department missed that memo when it came to Jerry.
