Always good, usually very fast for either eat in or carry out. The first place our kids eat when they are back in town. We dined here a few weeks ago for their weekend luncheon buffet. I tried every item on the buffet. The food was incredibly salty, so salty that you could barely taste the actual ingredients. Since it was a buffet, I really can't comment on the service.

Sometimes the cultural difference is something to take into consideration when choosing to go to a place like this. If it's something you can't handle then Panda Garden.
