Pac nor barrels review

Hank's Message Board. Modern Smokeless Muzzleloaders. Brux vs. Reply Brux vs. I've noticed that most sabotless shooters choose Brux barrels and most that shoot with a sabot choose a Pac-Nor barrel. Is It hard to shoot both from the same barrel accurately? Thanks for any comments. Pac nor was used a lot in the guns years back, so was McGowen, I found both to be not so consistent from barrel to barrel, these days most use cut rifled barrels such a Brux, Kreiger and Rock Creek. Pac nor and McGowen are button rifled barrels, not that they can't be good, they can, both saboted and for bore rider bullets, cut rifled barrels just seem to be more consistent end to end, barrel to barrel. I would wholeheartedly disagree that any aftermarket barrel is better than the factory barrel.
