Figured I throw a cam sensor at it and got an NTK from Rock auto and still same issues but getting p or p along with ecm codes and CEL with Cruise and brake flashing. Clear codes and it starts and runs fine the rest of the day. The only odd thing i see on the scan tool data is the oil temp always lags the coolant temp 20 or so degrees until engine is completely warmed up and then about 10 degrees.
