In short, I love doing cream contouring with these. The brown shade is a beautiful warm shade with no hint of yellow pigments. I used them in oxx cosmetics with other shades I own as well, oxx cosmetics, but I think one of these quads would hold up quite well on their own.

Today I am going to share with you my thoughts on a makeup brand called OXX which you can get from your local Kmart. My first instinct would be to think….. I picked up 2 eyeshadow quads, 2 lipsticks and an eyebrow pencil to review. I wanted to test it out first before buying more from the range. The eyebrow pencil did however say that it was Dark Brown.

Isha: Since I have dry skin, I love products that moisturise my face. But this Hydrating Primer felt very heavy and oily, which made it slightly difficult to blend out. Jemima: I tried the Brightening Primer because I wanted something that would make me a bit more glowy and wake up my face. It feels more like a sunscreen. Isha: Although the foundation had a thick consistency, it blended like a dream.

Like most things in Kmart, everything looks really good with simple but aesthetically pleasing packaging that makes the price even harder to believe. It works great at locking in your makeup for hours at a time, however, I will admit the spritzer is very aggressive, and I would highly recommend purchasing a fine mister spray bottle on ebay or amazon and adding a few bottles of this into it, which is what I plan to do, once I save up for a good one I found on ebay.
