Owlbear Rodeo has two features that aren't the easiest to figure out at first: grid alignment when bringing in a map and using the fog of war, owlbearrodeo. After 10 months of working on Owlbear Rodeo 2. We've streamlined common workflows, overhauled every tool, built a new real-time networking layer, added cloud storage and much, much more. During this public beta we'll be taking feedback, working on more documentation, fixing bugs and adding some remaining features. To make it easier to test the new site we've built a conversion tool for importing your data from Owlbear Rodeo 1. We've got some dedicated documentation on this process here. For this initial release there are a few missing features that we'll be adding in the coming weeks and months.

Owlbear Rodeo is a virtual tabletop VTT designed to be intuitive and feature rich. It works completely in a web browser so you don't need to download any extra software. The app is also responsive so it works across both mobile and desktop operating systems. This includes sharing maps, tokens and other images. We also provide robust drawing, text and fog tools that make it easy to replicate a physical tabletop. We know every table is different so we also offer an easy way to customise Owlbear Rodeo. With deep support for extensions you can ensure that Owlbear Rodeo adapts to how you like to play. The following guide is designed for a Game Master GM. It takes named tokens from the map and allows assigning them INIT values as well as other data.
