Note this boost only works on furniture that requires both a saw and a hammer to make; as such, the saw cannot assist in building new rooms or planting flowers in the garden. This bonus stacks with all other boosts to Construction.

The Crystal Saw lets me make furniture 3 levels above my Construction level and The Eyes of Glouphrie only requires level 5 Construction. I like this idea too. The effect of this saw does not work on gardens, only objects and areas that need a saw to be build. Everything that requires a saw to make also requires a hammer so why would I get the tool I can only use for Construction when I can get the one that works with Construction and Smithing?
