Granite equipment is a set of equipment made from granite. They are members only items. I beat someone with an Abyssal Whip my level 86 with I used a Dragon Dagger p combo to start and did a triple hit with my Granite Maul usually 0 18 18 and unless you're very high Attack and Strength, the whip isn't for you, it's for more experienced players with more stats.
