I made a troll Hunter a while ago, got him to 60, and enjoyed him fairly well. Trolls seem to make good hunters and trolls in general are cool. They work with animals well, especially wind serpents which I think are fun. Additionally if the harpoon makes them look like the trolls in WC3, all the better! I made an orc DK when wrath launched. I always had mixed feelings since I felt he just didn't look very good in most DK armor at the time. I abandoned him after they made frost pure DPS and stopped playing on that server.

Also keep in mind, that there shooting animations are different. Personally I cant stand the troll one, they shoot sideways like a gangster.
