I booked a hotel in Rome using Opodo - when we arrived at the address we discovered that the hotel had been closed and no longer exists. However, Opodo let us book and pay for the hotel for several nights.

Avoid them if I were you. Called them again today still no response from airlines.

I've called to complain they told me they would fix the matter and I've been sent an email the next day to confirm that the baggage was added. On return and after a lot of searching I found the complaint email for Opodo to try and get my money back and get answers to numerous questions about how nothing seems to have followed the contract i signed to hire the car through Opodo. Hotel reservations, contact the hotel. I've asked for an invoice which with any professional company, should be sent shortly after the booking confirmation email. I will never use it again. It IS a scam. I need to find the regulatory body for this company. No surprises no call or email. You might not see one big transaction ; it might be split. Follow Krzysztof K. The wait time on the phone drove me almost insane and made me incredibly rude to the service person. They display often lowest price but really it is not a saving Products used: Flight tkts.
