Presiding Justice Elizabeth Garry presided over a session of the Third Department on September 7, in the Ceremonial Courtroom of the Albany County Courthouse, a courtroom which was the home of the Third Department from to It hears appeals from trial courts and has power to review both law and facts in civil and criminal cases.
