I go to Northgate because they always have what I want! Steve was the service man to install my new range hood and he did a perfect job! Northgate scheduled my install at the time of purchase, called the morning of the install and the job was completed quickly and carefully! I bought a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and microwave from these guys in From 95 to today this is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Chris Conrad. This was a terrible expersince. After purchase customer service was nonexistent with our problem and repair service was awful. Please do not go here because you will be cheated and get no help at all. My husband and I recently purchased a refrigerator and it was a good experience. They had a nice showroom, the sales person was knowledgeable and the delivery crew was very professional.

I'm of course happy with the new washer. The delivery guys were so nice! Even double checked the washers were there and good we reused the hoses from previous washing machine because the failed washer was only a few years old - not from Northgate.
