No rockstar editor restrictions

Can anyone explain why the Rockstar Editor won't allow me to edit the camera in my clips? I saved a few during a mission, no rockstar editor restrictions, only to find a warning saying that it doesn't allow camera edits on these clips in the Rockstar Editor.
