No aio pump header on motherboard

AIO coolers coming today but I already checked my motherboard manual and the cooler manual and they both say two different things. Would this cause any issues with being able to control the RPM of the pump or fans? So the fans are controller by AIO's control program. Read the AIO manual.

I completed my build recently and the PC is running great, but from the fan utilities that came with my motherboard, I am certain that the way I connected the fans to the motherboard is not ideal. For example, I have a top exhaust fan that is being detected as a CPU fan obviously it's not. I created a diagram using an actual product image of my mobo to show where my fans are located and how they are currently connected, since I think that would help someone understand more easily. I'll refer to it in my post so you can more easily follow. It's the Hi Pro pump cable and fans that I'm confused about. The Hi Pro comes with one cable a splitter between both fans and the pump.

Hello, I've just finished building my second build. First being 8 years ago and not as complicated as this new one which makes use of the iCUE Hi Elite. I just not sure if the connections I have the fans in are the best way they should be in.

And it's mainly meant for custom loop pumps. Max power, should read 12v. AIO pump header on motherboard? I have an hi v2 and at the beginning I have connected it to the CPU header, then I switched to the pump header and I have connected an exhaust fan to the CPU header. However there is a glaring issue!
