I read in the news this morning that Nintendo will now file a lawsuit. Whether they are successful or not is another story. In any case, it will be exciting to see whether the game remains in existence or not. Sorry for the translator xD. Its a high risk low reward situation for Nintendo. There are couple of reasons for that: -Palworld is not directley distributed on any Nintendo device so there are not directley competing against each other. Its like saying: Call of Duty is only allowed to do First person shooters. And remember the longer Nintendo doing investigation they have to invest in even more resources money and if they are not sucessful with that lawsuit, it would be a huge hit in their already questionable reputation. And Japan is known for having really strict laws for this type of stuff, so if nothing happend yet, it wont happen anytime soon. LOL OP it's cute that you think that statement was anything more than just a message to the buffoons spamming Nintendo's inbox to knock it off since they know about Palworld. They have no footing to stand on , where both companies are there is no legal action. That the stuff can be emulated in the first place is also simply a side-effect from using weak and by-release nintendo bootlickers hardware. They are not suing that other Switch emulator.

Thrasher 2 months ago I think another reason why OoT feels more epic than TOTK is because OoT has a grand and bombastic soundtrac reflecting a grand adventure, while TOTK has a mostly subdued and subtle soundtrack that feels less like you're on a grand adventure and more like you're just going on a leisurely stroll through a forest. TotK absolutely has a bombastic soundtrack in the places where it needs to be bombastic, same as literally every other Zelda game.
