So when I was ALOT younger, I lived a 5 minute walk away from one of the best kebab shops in Preston, I used to have it once a week in some form or another, the traditional way, on a pizza, topping a burger.. I usually serve this kebab with loads of salad, pitta breads, lots of homemade garlic mayo and Sriracha sauce. The ultimate, homemade doner kebab. It takes just 20 minutes to make delicious, succulent chicken kebabs, whether you use store-bought sauces or prepare your own. The brown sugar BBQ sauce I use for this recipe is my favorite, but when I run out of time or ingredients, I use a store-bought one instead. I use chicken breast in my version of this recipe, however you could use ANY cut of chicken including chicken thighs or ground chicken as long as you can place it on or mould it onto the skewer. You may need to use wooden skewers or look for a different product. Add the chicken to a bowl, with the BBQ sauce or your choice of sauce and then mix together before placing in the fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour. For me personally I go for pepper chunk, chicken breast piece, onion quarter and then keep repeating until the skewers are full. Place the skewers in to the Ninja Foodi kebab rack, place this into the air fryer basket and then air fry at C F for mins total time.

Place your lid onto the Instant Ninja kebab and set the pressure release handle to sealing, set to manual, high pressure, ninja kebab, 25 minutes and then allow the pot to go through to keep warm and let the pressure release naturally.
