This colourful, anime themed ramen bar in Everton Park is a gem, and it's probably one of the biggest portion vegan restaurant in Brisbane at the moment! Everything here is vegan. The menu features highly customisable ramen and stir-fry. You can pick the sauce, noodle type and toppings you prefer. Try the tan tan ramen broth for ramen and the surprisingly flavourful garlic mushroom sauce for stir-fry.

The seating area is so small that there is no where to not have a speaker right above you. And it's perfect with the creamy vanilla ice cream. Neon Ramen is a quirky and colourful neon-lit anime and cyberpunk themed ramen bar tucked away in the Everton Park shopping centre that is also home to Charlie's Fruit Market. Served under neon lights and cherry blossoms, with anime artworks adorning the walls, the menu at Neon Ramen offers a plant-based twist to classic dishes, catering to vegan, vegetarian and coeliac customers. Main meals at Neon Ramen are the make-your-own ramen dish, where you choose your broth, noodles, protein and toppings; or make-your-own sti-fry, with a choice of flavour, base, protein and topping.
The place is fairly small and seemed like larger groups get the better tables in the centre, while groups of 2 are seated at a counter thing that runs around the outside of the seating area, with big open windows looking down onto the car park and busy road. Vegan market held regularly in Brisbane area for everything vegan and cruelty-free. Food came out super quickly, katsu fries were perfection and the ramen bowls were HUGE and very tasty. The ice cream they use is soy based and super creamy. Please bring your own mask. Let us explain.
